The interaction timeline on a client is a great way to keep track of the client's relationship with the Studio. What's great about keeping track of a client's experience with your studio on their profile in Glofox, is that all your team has access to it when they open the profile.
Some ideas of how you can use the interaction timeline to boost your engagement with your clients:
- A trainer can jot down that a client found push-ups difficult, so can give them a little extra encouragement at the next class
- Your sales team can keep note that a trialer expressed interest in the monthly unlimited membership package when they called them on the phone - so the next conversation with them can focus on that.
- You can keep track of the fact a client paused their membership because they are going on holiday - so when they return, you can ask how their holiday went!
To add an interaction, ‘just follow these steps:'
- Open a client's profile
- Click Add Interaction
- Choose the type of interaction
- Write a note
- Click 'Log Interaction'
