What is the Stripe Standard migration and does it affect me?
Previously, Glofox customers using Stripe Standard for payments were unable to access certain features that were only available to Glofox customers using our Glofox Payments product. We’ve now unlocked all of these features for these customers and will begin to migrate any customers on Stripe Standard to this newly unlocked version of Glofox.
The Stripe Standard migration will help legacy customers and customers where Glofox Payments’ isn't supported, by unlocking a ton of really useful features, including:
- Payment Flexibility
- Membership Flexibility
- The Report on Money Owed
This migration will allow these customers to access key Glofox features. If you are one of these customers, the migration will give you new opportunities for growth, features to better manage the day to day running of your business, and it will enable you to provide the best possible member experience.

What features are now unlocked?
Payments Flexibility
- Edit subscriptions in cart, should you ever need to provide membership discounts
- Allow subscriptions with a failed payment to keep billing
- Forgive failed payments in Glofox
- Customizable receipts in Glofox (also available in Stripe)
Membership Flexibility
- Set up Consecutive Memberships
- Pause Pro-rated Memberships
- Schedule a Pause on a Membership
- Modify a Pause on a Membership
- Schedule a Membership Cancellation
Reports
- Run Reports on Money Owed. This helps you track and follow up on any outstanding balances
