What is the store?

The 'Store' is a shopping cart solution that allows you to manage and sell products from your gym/studio to your clients. It's built into your clients 'Member app' or 'Standalone App' and can also be used to sell products directly from your dashboard. The 'Store' is a great way to boost revenue. 

All purchases are tracked in the dashboard so you can analyze the performance of each item, see a breakdown of revenue, give incentives to staff to push add-on sales and mark items that have been collected by clients.

The 'Store', 'Member App' and 'Standalone App' are not available on all Glofox packages; for more information or to upgrade, please contact us at customersuccess@glofox.com or reach out to your Glofox Onboarding Manager.

How to edit item prices in your store

The below steps will guide you through how to edit or update a price for an item in your store.

From the Manage page

  1. From the Glofox Dashboard homepage, click 'Manage'
  2. Then, click the 'Store' tab
  3. Scroll through the page to find the item you are looking for or use the search bar under the 'Store' tab to search for it
  4. Click the 'Edit' button beside the item
  5. Click the 'Variants' tab
  6. Scroll to the variant you would like to update the price for
  7. Click on the price
  8. Enter a new amount
  9. Click on the blue tick button
  10. Click the 'Save' button and the item's price will be updated
