This article will take you through;
What are classes?
Classes are a group exercise created and hosted by you with a date and time, facility, trainer, and capacity that can be booked by members on an ad-hoc basis, without a long-term commitment.
When you set up a class in your Glofox dashboard, you are giving your members the option to easily book into and pay for this class through their Member App or your website. Staff also have the ability to book members into classes from the 'Glofox Pro' app, in addition to the Glofox dashboard.
How to edit the price of a class
The below steps will guide you through how to edit or update a price for a particular class.
From the Manage page
- From the Glofox Dashboard homepage, click the manage icon on the left side of the screen
- Then, click the 'Classes' tab
- Scroll through the page to find the class you are looking for or use the search bar under the 'Classes' tab to search for it
- Click the 'Edit' button beside the class
- In the 'Details' tab, scroll to the 'Price / Eligibility' section

Update the price, for each type of client that you have enabled the ability to book into the class for, by editing the value field
- If you have a single price set up for this class, enter a new price for each client type in the value fields under 'Single Price'
- If you have multiple prices for different member types set up, enter a new price for each client type into the value fields under 'Different Prices'
Please note;
If a member has a valid credit this will override the price that is set.
From Global Search
- From the Glofox dashboard, locate the "Global Search" field in the top right-hand corner of the page
- Type the class name into Global Search
- Click on the class's name
- In the 'Details' tab, scroll to the 'Price / Eligibility' section

Update the price, for each type of client that you have enabled the ability to book into the class for, by editing the value field
