What are trainers?
A trainer is a member of your staff that is set up on Glofox as bookable by your clients. This means that your clients can book one-on-one time with the staff member for a personal training session.
How to edit the price of a trainer
The below steps will guide you through how to edit or update a price for a particular trainer.
From the Manage page
- From the Glofox Dashboard homepage, click 'Manage'
- Then, click the 'Trainers' tab
- Scroll through the page to find the trainer you are looking for or use the search bar under the 'Trainers' tab to search for it
- Click the 'Edit' button beside the trainer
- In the 'Details' tab, scroll to the 'Price / Eligibility' section
- Update the price, for each type of client that you have enabled the ability to book a trainer for, by editing the value field
- If you have a single price set up for the trainer, enter a new price for each client type in the value fields under 'Single Price'
- If you have multiple prices for different member types set up, enter a new price for each client type into the value fields under 'Different Prices'
- Click the 'Save' button and the trainer price will be updated
Please note;
If a member has a valid credit this will override the price that is set.
From Global Search
- From the Glofox dashboard, locate the "Global Search" field in the top right-hand corner of the page
- Type the trainer name into Global Search
- Click on the trainer's name
- In the 'Details' tab, scroll to the 'Price / Eligibility' section
- Update the price, for each type of client that you have enabled the ability to book a trainer for, by editing the value field
- If you have a single price set up for the trainer, enter a new price for each client type in the value fields under 'Single Price'
- If you have multiple prices for different member types set up, enter a new price for each client type into the value fields under 'Different Prices'
- Click the 'Save' button and the trainer price will be updated
Please note;
