Can I edit the dates and pause my consecutive membership?
In version one of Consecutive memberships, the staff will not be able to see dates on the Consecutive membership. The dates are saved once the membership is activated.
Staff will be able to edit and pause the current active membership of the client but not for the Consecutive membership. These changes on the current membership will not affect the Consecutive memberships.
The Staff can cancel the consecutive membership for the client if needed.
Can a client Book when their active membership is Paused?
Yes! When your client is paused on their current active unlimited membership, they can still continue to book into the events in the paused timeframe as a PAYG/Drop-In Client.
The restricted memberships will not be allowing the member to book in the Paused time frame. However, this will be consistent with the unlimited memberships in version 2 of Consecutive memberships.
If I purchased a PAYG/Drop-in client an unlimited membership to start in the future, can they book into an event at my Studio until their future start date?
Yes! Your client will now be able to book from the current date until the future start date as a PAYG/Drop-In Client. Once their membership has started they can continue to book at the membership price.
The restricted memberships will not be allowing the member to book before their future start date. This will be consistent with the unlimited memberships in version 2 of Consecutive memberships.
Can I cancel a client’s Consecutive membership when it has not started yet?
Yes! You will be able to cancel the clients' Consecutive membership when it has not started yet. This will not affect the client's current active membership.
