purchase a Consecutive membership for a member with an active membership with no end date, just follow these steps:
- Search for the member's name on Global Search or find them within the Clients tab
- Click the member’s profile
- Go to the Memberships tab
- Click the 'Cancel' button and select the subscription option
- Click 'Confirm'
- Once done, click on 'Add next membership'
- Select the membership that the member would like to purchase
- Click 'Purchase'
