Setting credits as eligible for certain events:
By default credits packs are valid for all classes when created. You can set credits to be valid for multiple different classes. This can be useful if you have tiered pricing on the classes you offer. While we are talking about classes here, the same applies if editing a Facilities or Trainer Appointment credit pack.
To select multiple classes follow these steps:
- Click edit on the credit pack
- Select the button "Multiple Classes"
- Select which classes you wish to make the credits available for
- Click "Save"
Please Note;
- Members can not see which classes their credits are valid for from there profile in the Member App or Web Portal, only when booking the class
- Editing a credit pack in the Manage Memberships section will only affect members who purchase it going forward. You can edit it for members currently on it by going to their profile and editing it there.
- If selecting multiple classes, if a member attempts to book a class not selected, they will be charged the price associated with the membership for that class. They will not be able to book if the price in the price/ eligibility section is 0.
- You will need to update this if more classes are added
Settings credits as eligible for a certain category
You can select credits to be eligible for a certain category. This is beneficial if you are adding new classes as you will not need to update the credit pack. The categories correspond with the category options when setting up classes Manage > Classes. See here for more details
While a class can have multiple categories, credit packs are limited to just one category. Trainers & Facilities also have this option and you can change the category of these at any time from their relevant section in the Manage tab.
To select a category for a credit pack:
- Click edit on the credit pack
- Select the button "One Category"
- Select which category you wish to make the credits available for
- Click "Save"
Please Note;

- It is not possible to add to the default categories.
