You can now choose to send an automated happy birthday message to your members on their birthday. This feature can be found in the Connect > Messages section. Once turned on, this configurable email and SMS will be sent at noon to any client on their birthday.
To enable this message
- Navigate to the Connect icon
- Click on the Messages Tab
- Scroll down to the "Birthday Message" email and click "Edit"
- Customise the email and SMS to best suit your Studio
- Click save and turn the message toggle to Active
Please Note;
- There is no preview for this email. If you would like to test it, we recommend setting up a test user with your email with a birthday of that date.
