XLerate - Leads, Cold Leads, and Trials Workflows

As part of XLerate, you can use the Leads, Cold Leads, and Trials automated workflows, minimising your workload and helping you convert more of your registered leads, cold leads, and leads on trials.

Leads Workflow

To access this workflow, you can go to Connect > Messages tab. Here you’ll see “Leads” at the top of the Messages list, alongside an XLerate tag to easily identify it. From here you can activate the flow and it will automatically use our pre-defined template to send messages, which contains a sequence of emails sent on Days 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 after a lead is registered.

To customise the messages in this workflow, you must first click on it. From there, you will see:

  • Flow Start rule: the workflow targets any lead that is registered in the system 
  • Flow Stop rule: the workflow stops targeting any lead as soon as they make their first service purchase (e.g. a membership or credit pack). 
    • If a lead never makes their first service purchase, they’ll receive the workflow’s messages until the last message set up (in the example below, a Day 30 email).
  • The sequence of messages set up
  • The "Add message" button, allowing you to add new emails, SMS, and push notifications to the sequence of messages

You can then click on each individual message and edit its content accordingly.

Cold Leads Workflow

This workflow is designed to help you reconnect with leads that have disengaged with your studio. You can find it under the 'Leads' workflow.

Once you manually mark a Lead as 'Cold', they will fall under this workflow, which starts at 30 days from the time their 'Cold' status is added.

As with the Leads workflow, each message can be customized by clicking on it.

Trials Workflow

Once a lead purchases a trial service, they will automatically be marked with a 'Trial' tag and will enter this workflow.

This will allow you to engage with your leads on trial services with an increased chance of conversion.

The Trials workflow starts at one day after your lead purchases a trial, and you can add more steps like SMS, Push Notifications, and Tasks.

The flow stops once the lead's status is no longer marked as a trial.

Please Note

  • This will only apply to leads, cold leads, and trials after these flows have been switched on.
  • This will not apply to members who have been imported after a migration.
