Overview
The Glofox Zapier App makes it easy to connect Glofox with thousands of other apps; such as CRMs, marketing platforms, and spreadsheets, without writing a single line of code.
With this integration, Glofox customers on an Elite plan can:
- Create leads in Glofox from other systems (e.g., Typeform, HubSpot, Google Sheets).
- Sync user data from Glofox into other platforms using a polling-based trigger.
- Perform full user syncs for specific locations with a dedicated action.
Getting Started
Step 1: Access the Glofox Zapier App
- Go to Zapier and search for Glofox.
- Make sure you have:
- A Glofox Elite package
- A Zapier account
- Your Glofox API credentials (provided by Glofox Support)
Available Triggers & Actions
Trigger (Polling-based)

New or Updated User
- Polls Glofox every 30 minutes (default).
- Returns a list of users who were newly created or updated during that interval.

Real-Time Trigger: New or Updated Invoice (Webhook)
- This trigger sends invoice details to your Zap instantly (no 30‑minute polling delay). Use it to automate follow‑ups, accounting entries, or internal notifications as soon as an invoice is created or its status changes.
- How to Set It Up:
1. In Zapier, choose Glofox.
2. Select trigger: New or Updated Invoice (Webhook).
3. Connect using your Glofox API Key.
4. (Optional) Add a Filter step (e.g., only PAID or PAST_DUE).
5. Add an action (sheet update, accounting app, email, chat message, CRM task, etc.). - Click here to see the Webhook Schema reference.
Actions
- Create Lead – Add a new lead to your Glofox CRM from another app.
- Get Users – Retrieve the full list of users for a specific location in Glofox.
Example Use Cases
1. Add Leads from Facebook to Glofox
- Trigger: New Facebook leads ads form submission
- Action: Create Lead in Glofox
2. Sync New or Updated Glofox Users to Google Sheets
- Trigger: New or Updated User in Glofox
- Action: Add or update row in Google Sheets
3. Perform a Full User Sync to another App
- Trigger: Manual or scheduled Zap
- Action: Get Users from Glofox → Send to external application
Authentication
To connect Glofox to Zapier:
- Select Glofox as your app in Zapier.
- Enter your API Key when prompted.
- Test the connection to confirm it’s working.
