What is Listen360?
Listen360 is an NPS-based customer engagement and local marketing platform for businesses. It enables businesses to engage customers, take necessary action to improve deficiencies, and transform delighted customers into brand advocates via social media & online review sites.

Although the integration between Glofox and Listen360 is free, Listen360 is an external service that is not included in your Glofox subscription. For more details on Listen360 pricing, you should contact their sales team.
Integrating Glofox with Listen360
To integrate Glofox with Listen360 you will first need to set up a Listen360 account, you can do that here;
Once set up, you will need to get in touch with Listen360 to let them know you want to integrate with Glofox, then they will email us to complete the integration on our end and that's it, that is all you need to do. We will let you know once the integration is complete.
You will then be able to access the Listen360 platform dashboard to monitor and analyze real-time feedback from customers.
Member Information Provided to Listen360
The integration may make the following member-related information available to Listen360:
- Home/Visit Club (Branch) ID
- Member ID (User ID / Check-ins User ID)
- Email address
- Membership type
- Membership name
- Membership plan name
- Membership plan price
- Member tenure (Join Date, Contract Start Date, or Commenced Date)
- Member status
- First and last name
- Address information
- Phone number
- Birthdate
- Gender
Class, Booking, and Event Information Provided to Listen360
The integration may make the following activity-related information available to Listen360:
- Check-in date and time
- Class or event name
- Trainer name and ID
- Booking attendance status
- Event participation information
