How to Use the Members Reports

What is the Members Report?

The 'Members Report' will show you how many 'Active', 'Paused' and 'Overdue' members are in your studio. The report will display the following; 

  • Name
  • Email
  • Membership
  • Plan
  • Status
  • End Date 

You can drill down into any of the key Member numbers at the top of the report. Via this drilldown functionality we have made additional Member data available for download. All the Member Data that is already presented on the report is included.

Underneath that, there is a breakdown of your current members.

The fields on this table can be customized by clicking the Columns button.

The next section breaks down the Members by Membership.

And the last section is Members by Add-on.

Net Member Movement Tab

This tab gives you the ability to select start and end time period which then returns starting member count, end member count, new members in the period along with lost members in the period to give a net member movement total. Finally, there is a snapshot that shows the Attrition % within the specified time period.

We also have a visualization on this report that shows member movement over time and also compared to similar time in previous period.

Please note:

The ‘Members added’ figure just displays client numbers who were not a member (active, paused or overdue) at the beginning on the period selected but they were at the end of the period. They are only new in the period selected and may not be ‘new’ to the business.

Similarly, ‘Members churned’ just displays the number of clients who were members at the beginning of the period selected but were not at the end of the period selected. Their member status before or after the chosen time period is not a factor in this metric.

 

How to download the Member Report

To download the 'Active Member Report' follow these steps; 

  1. From the dashboard go to the 'Report' icon
  2. On the left-hand side under Memberships, click 'Members' 
  3. Click the 'Download' button on the top right of the page.
