No Shows Report

The No Shows report in the Glofox dashboard gives you visibility into how often clients are not marked as attended for their scheduled classes. This helps you track attendance behavior and manage client engagement more effectively.

How it works

  • The report shows the number of times individual clients were marked as not attended for a class within a selected timeframe.

  • At the top of the report, you’ll see a snapshot view showing the total number of no-shows for that period.

  • Below the snapshot, there is a table report listing each client who was marked as not attended, along with their no-show details.

  • You can also download the full report for further review or record-keeping.

Using the No Shows Report

  1. Go to the Reports section in your Glofox dashboard.

  2. Select No Shows from the list of Activity reports.

  3. Use the timeframe filter to select the period you want to review.

  4. Review the snapshot summary at the top of the page to quickly see the total number of no-shows in the selected timeframe.

  5. Scroll down to view the detailed table, which shows:

    • Client name

    • Number of no-shows

    • Associated memberships and plans

  6. If needed, click Download to export the full report.

  • Quickly identify clients who frequently miss classes.

  • Spot trends in attendance over time.

  • Use insights to follow up with clients, apply policies, or encourage better attendance habits.
