Managing settings and content across multiple branches

Overview

Enterprise customers can manage certain settings and content across multiple branches in Glofox. Some updates can be completed directly from the HQ Dashboard, while others are handled by Glofox staff on your behalf.

This article explains what can currently be shared, pushed, or managed across branches, where to complete each action, and what is not yet available as a self-serve option.

Note: Not all multi-branch actions are available from the Bulk Updates tab. Some are available directly on the relevant feature page in the HQ Dashboard.

What can I manage across branches?

Bulk branch management is available in two ways:

  • Self-serve in the HQ Dashboard: some features can be pushed or applied to branches directly from their own feature page.
  • Glofox-assisted updates: some updates are not yet available as self-serve Dashboard actions. For these, Glofox staff can help apply the update across your selected branches.

Self-serve options in the HQ Dashboard

The following actions can be completed directly in the HQ Dashboard. These actions are found on the relevant feature page rather than in a single bulk-update area.

Workflows

You can apply a workflow to multiple branches from the Workflow editor. Use the Apply to branches option to select the branches that should receive the workflow.

Deleting the template from the HQ that created it removes it from all branches where it was used.

Email and Campaign templates

You can apply email or campaign templates to multiple branches from the template picker.

From there, you can apply a template to selected branches or delete a template where supported.

Tags

You can manage tags across branches from the Tags page.

From there, you can push tags to selected branches or delete tags where supported.

Attendance Policies

You can push Attendance Policy settings to multiple branches from the Attendance Policy settings page. This includes supported Late-Fee and No-Show settings.

Attendance Policy settings can be enabled or disabled in bulk.

Glofox-assisted updates

Some multi-branch updates are currently handled by Glofox staff. These options are not yet available as self-serve actions in the HQ Dashboard.

For any item below, contact your Glofox representative or Support team with the details of the update and the branches it should apply to.

Memberships

Glofox can help create or update memberships across selected branches. This includes deactivating memberships where required. Roaming locations can also be updated in bulk with this update; if you open more locations, we can add them to memberships already purchased for a smoother member experience.

Products and Class Packs

Glofox can help create or update products and class packs across selected branches. This includes deactivating products or class packs where required.

Promo Codes and Discounts

Glofox can help create or update promo codes and discounts across selected branches. This includes deactivating promo codes or discounts where required.

Community Articles

Glofox can help create community articles across selected branches.

At this time, bulk updates or deletion of community articles are not available through this process.

E-Agreements

Glofox can help push updates to existing E-Agreements across selected branches.

At this time, deleting E-Agreements across branches is not supported through this process.

Classes and Courses

Class and course management across branches is not yet available as a general self-serve Dashboard option.

Glofox can assist with certain class and course setup needs for Enterprise customers. Contact your Glofox representative or Support team to discuss the update you need.

How to request a Glofox-assisted update

For any update that is not available as a self-serve Dashboard action, contact your Glofox representative or Support team.

To help us process your request, include:

  • The feature you want to update
  • The branches the update should apply to
  • Whether the item should be created, updated, deactivated, or deleted, where supported
  • The exact details of the change
  • The date you would like the update completed by, if applicable

Example request

Please create this membership across Branch A, Branch B, and Branch C.

  • Membership name: Unlimited Monthly
  • Price: EUR 99 per month
  • Contract length: Monthly rolling
  • Start date: August 1, 2026

Important notes

  • Availability may vary depending on your Enterprise setup and enabled features.
  • Some actions support creating or applying content across branches but do not support bulk deletion.
  • Where deletion is not supported, your Glofox representative or Support team can advise on the best available option.
  • Self-serve actions in the HQ Dashboard are usually found on the relevant feature page, rather than in the Bulk Updates tab.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage all branch updates from the Bulk Updates tab?

No. Some multi-branch actions are available directly from the relevant feature page in the HQ Dashboard. For example, workflows are applied from the Workflow editor, and tags are managed from the Tags page.

Why can some updates only be completed by Glofox?

Some multi-branch actions are not yet available as self-serve Dashboard features. For these updates, Glofox staff can apply the changes on your behalf.

Can I delete items across branches?

Deletion is available for some self-serve features, such as supported email or campaign templates and tags. For other features, deletion may not be supported as a bulk action. In some cases, items can be deactivated instead.

Can I push Attendance Policy settings to multiple branches?

Yes. Supported Late-Fee and No-Show settings can be pushed to branches from the Attendance Policy settings page.

Can I send campaigns to multiple branches?

Not yet. Multi-branch campaign sending is planned for the Dashboard but is not currently live.
