Send Emails to Individual Clients via the Glofox Pro App

What is it?

Glofox Pro App users can send emails directly to clients from the app. This feature empowers studio staff to communicate with members on the go, ensuring smooth operations and an enhanced member experience.

What’s Included?

  • Updated call-to-action buttons for Address, Phone, and Email in the member profile.
  • Email button now opens the device’s native email client.
  • Staff roles (SuperAdmin, Admin, Receptionist, Trainer) can:
    • Send an email to a single member from their profile.
    • Send an email to a class list directly from the app.
  • Emails follow the same logic as the dashboard:
    • Sent from the studio-configured email address.
    • Logged in the Interactions tab on the member profile.
  • Users can choose whether:
    • The email is reply-enabled.
    • The email is a marketing message.

Please note:

  • Subject line limit: 250 characters.
  • Body text: No character limit.
  • Recipient names cannot be edited (locked for accuracy).
  • If a recipient is unsubscribed from marketing:
    • The Send button will still appear, but the email will fail to send.

 

How to Send an Email

From a Member Profile

  1. Open the Glofox Pro App.
  2. Navigate to the member’s profile.
  3. Tap the Email button.
  4. Compose your message and send.
