Overview
Glofox Pro App users can send emails directly to the participants of a class. This feature helps studio staff manage classes on the go and communicate last-minute changes or updates to members quickly and efficiently.
Whether you’re sending class updates, post-class resources, or a simple thank-you note, this feature makes communicating with your members easier than ever.
Why This Matters
For many studios, the ProApp is the primary tool for front-desk and on-floor staff. Previously, not being able to email members from the app could slow down operations and impact member experience.
With this feature, staff can:

- Improve member satisfaction
What’s Included
Staff users (SuperAdmin, Admin, Receptionist, Trainer) can now:
- Send an email to a class list directly from the Glofox Pro App.
- Use the studio’s configured email address as the sender.
- View the sent messages in the Interactions tab on the members’ profiles.
- Enable replies, allowing members to respond directly to emails sent.
Note: This follows the same logic and functionality as the dashboard email feature.
Points to Note
- Subject line: Maximum of 250 characters.
- Email body: No character limit.
- Recipients: The email will automatically go to the entire class list; names cannot be edited. This will go to all members regardless of opt in/opt out from marketing so should only contain informational content
- Status feedback: Users will see a success or failure toast message at the bottom of the screen to confirm delivery or guide corrective action.
How to Send an Email to a Class
- Open the Glofox Pro App and navigate to the desired class.
- Tap on the class.
- Tap on Actions on the top right of the screen.
- Tap Send group email.
- Enter the subject line and message body.
- Tap Send.
- Check the toast message for confirmation.
