What are member visits?
Visits include the count of attended classes and the number of check-ins for a member. The number of attendees is based on the attendance marked in the dashboard, while check-ins are based on your studio's door access data or barcode scans. Visits are displayed as a single metric, that combines both attendances and check-ins.
How can a member see their visit information?
In the profile section of the Member app, clients in all studios can see their visit stats, helping them track their own progress. By displaying data on their visits, members are encouraged to achieve milestones, engage with the app more, and be motivated to visit the gym more often.
To find this information:
- Go to your Profile section in the Member App.
- Tap My visits. Here your members can see:
- How many visits they've had to your location this week, month, year and total.
- How long they have been a member of your gym/studio
Note: Visits information is updated daily.
Please note:
In the 'Time since' section, membership pauses are not included in this calculation.
Visit Milestone Badges
Members will accumulate badges based on visit count, which they can access in the Member app. The badge system includes:
- Automated badge unlock system based on visit count
- Visits numbers include both Home and Roaming visits
- Industry-standardized milestone thresholds:
- 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500, 750, 1000
- In-app badge display for achieved milestones
- Preview of the next upcoming milestone only
- Automatic calculation of remaining visits needed
- Triggered exclusively by verified attendance events/studio check-ins

- Milestones are predefined and not configurable
- No studio-specific customization (colors, thresholds, naming)
- Badge updates follow standard visit sync cadence (non-real-time)
