Introduction
Total Visits is now visible on the class list and class drawer in the Glofox Dashboard. This gives your team quick access to each member’s lifetime visit count without leaving the class view.
What Total Visits shows
The Total Visits count shows a member’s lifetime visits across all locations. It includes home visits, roaming visits, and imported or pre-migrated visits where available. If linked member profiles are in use, transferred visits are also included.
This is the same visit figure shown on the member profile hover and in Member App milestones, so the count is consistent across surfaces.
Why this is useful
With Total Visits available inline on the class list, staff can see a member’s visit history in real time as they walk into class. This makes it easier to congratulate members on milestones on the spot and removes the need to open a separate report or leave the class view.
For enterprise customers with roaming, the total now correctly reflects cross-location visits. Long-standing members with imported history also show a more accurate lifetime total from day one.

Please note:
Milestone and automation workflows still trigger based on studio visits, not Total Visits. This means a member may appear to have reached a milestone on the class list before the related automation fires.
For members imported with a historical visit count, individual visit dates are not always available. Imported visits are recorded as a total at the point of migration rather than one by one with dates.
