What is it?
This feature allows you to limit the editing of personal information (like name, surname, email, phone, and photo) in the Member App and Web Portal. Members will enter this information during signup or in their profile afterward, and it will then be locked. If any changes are necessary, they will need to reach out to you. This helps to prevent fraudulent activities, such as account sharing, and enhances security.
How does it work?
- Once a member has entered their information, the following fields will be locked: first name, last name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
- Members can upload their photo just once; after that, editing is not allowed.
- Fields that are optional or not collected during signup (like Photo and Phone) can be edited until they are filled in for the first time.
- A popup notification will explain why a field is locked and will provide a 'Contact Studio' option for assistance.
- Both the web portal and mobile app are supported.
- All text in warning notifications can be translated.
