XLerate - Leads, Cold Leads, and Trials Workflows

As part of XLerate, you can use the Leads, Cold Leads, and Trials automated workflows, minimising your workload and helping you convert more of your registered leads, cold leads, and leads on trials.

To access these workflows, navigate to the Connect > Automations tab.

Each workflow has a preset sequence of messages, making it easy for you to get started, and you can fully customise them by editing each step's content and adding new ones.

Leads Workflow

The Leads workflow makes it easy to engage newly registered prospects, who may have inquired to learn more but haven't yet signed up for any trial or full membership.

  • Flow Start rule: a new customer is registered and has the "Lead" status
  • Flow Stop rule: their status is no longer "Lead" (for example, they purchase a trial and get the "Trial" status)

Cold Leads Workflow

The Cold Lead workflow is ideal for an effortless and low-touch way of connecting with leads who've been disengaged, keeping your studio top of mind for when they're ready to take the next step.

  • Flow Start rule: you manually update a customer's status to "Cold" status
  • Flow Stop rule: the customer status is no longer "Cold" (for example, they purchase a trial and get the "Trial" status)

Trials Workflow

The Trials workflow targets your new trial joiners, enhancing your ability to convert them into full members.

  • Flow Start rule: a customer signs up for a trial service and automatically gets the "Trial" status
  • Flow Stop rule: the customer status is no longer "Trial" (for example, they purchase a full membership and get the "Member" status)

Please Note

  • Leads who have been imported from a migration are excluded.
