As part of XLerate, you can use the Membership Renewal Reminders and Membership Yearly Reminders workflows to engage with members in key moments of their journey.
To access these workflows, navigate to the Connect > Automations tab.
Each workflow has a preset sequence of messages, making it easy for you to get started, and you can fully customise them by editing each step's content and adding new ones.
Membership Renewal Reminders Workflow
The Membership Renewal Reminders workflow makes it easy to proactively remind members on yearly and multi-year auto-renew plans that their subscription is about to renew, building trust and avoiding billing surprises.
- Flow Start rule: a member has an active membership with a duration equal to or longer than a year, and with an upcoming renewal date
- Flow Stop rule: the membership renews at its determined renewal date
Membership Yearly Reminders Workflow
The Membership Yearly Reminders workflow allows you to delight members and strengthen loyalty by automatically commemorating their membership anniversary milestones.
- Flow Start rule: a member has an active membership with an upcoming anniversary date.
- Flow Stop rule: the membership is no longer active.
