Visits workflows ensure you can automatically engage with members when they reach key visit milestones. This is a great way to reward their regular attendance and celebrate their achievements as loyal members.

What counts as a visit?
Visits are counted as they appear in the visits log; that is, door access scans or confirmed class attendances. You can learn more in the article on the Visits Insights report.
The Total Visits Milestones Workflow
You can activate this workflow by going to the tab Connect > Automations. There you’ll see “Total visits milestones” on the list, alongside an XLerate tag to easily identify it.
You'll see our pre-defined template as a starting point, and you can then fully customize your sequence of messages, as well as their content, to engage with members at your most essential points.
The Monthly Visits Milestones Workflow
You can activate this workflow by going to the tab Connect > Automations. There you’ll see “Monthly visits milestones” on the list, alongside an XLerate tag to easily identify it.
From here, you can activate the flow, and it will automatically use our pre-defined template to send messages, which contains a sequence of emails, SMS, and push notifications sent on 8, 12, 16, and 20 visits per month.
*Note that SMS credits are needed for the SMSs to be active and sent.
